課程概述 |
本學期內容針對兩項主要研究議題進行討論：1. 資訊安全、密碼學與法學的科際整合研究。2.高達美(Gadamer)詮釋學。期望參與討論與研究之同學針對此二主題之指定教材詳加研讀，同時以自己研究主題之內容結合指定教材之討論，提出創見性的思維。

課程目標 |
本課程以協助碩、博士班同學完成學位論文為首要目標。藉由各位同學針對其研究主題每週進行團體對話，透過老師與每位同學的互動給予適當的意見。期望同學能在課程期間充分提出對於論文的想法，藉由老師與每位同學的回饋，期望同學對於論文方向與內容有更適當之想法與撰寫能力。
